Our Nusantara x Diwali buffet menu is a true culinary exploration, bringing together a wide range of exotic dishes ranging from traditional Indian to enchanting Nusantara dishes. Our Diwali special halal buffet is a testament to our commitment to bringing together the best of both worlds in a feast for your senses. Begin your feast with our appetizing starters from the Pembuka Selera station. Savour the Nasi Opor Cakerawala, the delectable Broccoli Tikki, the crunchy Bakwan, and our Battered Mini Fish. Explore a bounty of sea with our Seafood on Ice featuring Prawns, Mussels, Clams, and Salmon. Not to forget our selection of salads: Kerabu Raden Ayu and Rujak Petis. Complement these with our Sambal & Dips, including Torch Ginger Dressing, Cabe Hijau, and Seafood Sauce. Indulge in the comfort of homemade soups and noodles. Try our Laksa Nyonya, Soto Lamongan, and pair them with Roti Jala, Potato Curry, or Chaat Papdi. Experience the excitement of live cooking at our Grill Outdoor Live Station. Relish in our Grilled Barramundi 65, Chargrilled Striploin with Lomak Cili Api, Chicken Tikka, Butter Naan, Satay, BBQ Tandoori Prawns, and Pulut Panggang.
